Christine Coen, RD, CPT, Somatic Movement Practitioner

I get the burnout struggle – from the depths of anxiety and depression to the everyday grind of stress. Workaholism, self-doubt, family struggles...I've lived it. Even as a dietitian and fitness pro, I wasn't immune. Each burnout cycle taught me something new, but the biggest revelation was about our nervous system.

When we're constantly on edge, our bodies get locked in survival mode. That's where the exhaustion, the brain fog, the emotional rollercoasters come from. The answer isn't just willpower – it's guiding our bodies back to a sense of safety. That's what ignited my passion.

Somatic practices, tapping, tuning into my body's wisdom – these became my lifeline. And slowly, the change began. Less stress, more resilience, a path out of those old stuck patterns.
