Hi there, I'm Christine!

My own battle & eventual overcoming of burnout, depression, anxiety, & stress eating made me completely change my focus from a traditional Fitness & Weight Loss Dietitian to a deeper focus on using holistic methods to heal our minds & bodies!

My Type A, Enneagram 6, hyper focused way of working was the cause of my FIRST expereince with burnout. Ironically, this was the same year I started working as a Dietitian & Personal Trainer.

After only a few months of chronic physical & mental stress from overworking, not having boundaries, not knowing how to say "No", overcommitting, not talking about stress at home or at work, not exercising, eating TERRIBLY, sleeping all the time but still feeling exhausted, isolating from family & friends...plus a whole bunch of other things...I started to experience anxiety & depression for the first time in my life, gut health issues, weight gain, hormonal imbalance, acne, and nutritional imbalances.

I didn't recognize myself inside or out.

I recovered myself using natural methods, and in the years after I became obsessed with helping others using holistic methods with their mental health, energy, motivation, and learn to regulate their own nervous system.

I made a few KEY MISTAKES that I don't want you to make:

I made big goals & expectations myself with extreme life changes I expected to be able to do without any support.

I was stumbling around in the dark, figuring it out on my own without asking for help.

I was dieting & trying to exercise at extremes which made everything worse.

I let imposter syndrome overtake my mind.

1. When does the course start & finish?

Think of this like a resource you can access as often as you want a week to work through all your burnout recovery blocks.

You have *LIFETIME ACCESS* to the content.

1 module will release every 5 days. This is so you can focus on just 1 action per day and not get overwhelmed where to begin!

You can take this course as slowly as you want or you can finish all the lessons within about 6 weeks. You can go back and re-watch lessons as often as you like. You have lifetime access to all the lessons, guided audio & video practices, worksheets & everything else included in this course.

2. How much time will I need to dedicate to this course?

This is totally up to you - you can do as much or as little as you are ready for. If you did 1 lesson per day, you can expect to spend about 20-40 minutes per day on this program. The somatic practices vary from 3 minutes to 20 minutes and you can adapt them as you become more integrated with the techniques.

3. Can I work with you 1:1?

I created this online course to replace working with me one-on-one. Most people assume one-on-one work is more effective, but the truth is, the this course is much more comprehensive!

I did this for a couple reasons:

I was able to include much more detailed information into the course than I could ever communicate to each one-on-one client.

And you can go back through and rewatch the videos as many times as you need.

One-on-one work has a start and end date. My clients paid for a 3-month package, but after that they were on their own or they had to pay for more time with me.

With the online course, there is no start or end date. You can go through the course at your own pace and you have lifetime access.

The course price is equivalent to 2-3 sessions of working with me 1:1.

Since, one-on-one work requires a lot of time outside of just the consultation, which means practitioners have to charge enough for it to make sense.

With the online course, I was able to bring down the investment for you vs working with me one-on-one!

4. Is this course only for women?

No this is for anyone experiencing Burnout!

5. How long does it take to see results & feel better?

The time it takes to see results varies greatly. For some it's a few months for others, it's closer to a year before they see consistent change.

There are so many factors that go into rebalancing your system:

  • what's causing your burnout symptoms at the root
  • how many imbalances are you dealing with
  • how fast or slow your body rebalances is different for each person
  • the changes you are able to make consistently

Burnout didn’t develop overnight and it doesn't go away overnight. But in my experience, when you are willing to trust the process and focus on giving your body what it needs, it can heal. In fact, your body's number one goal is to be in a state of balance, but we often get in its way. So by learning to nourish your body, it can get back into balance and your energy, mental health, motivation, focus, hormones & more will all rebalance!
