I've been burnt out many times, at many different seasons of life, for many different reasons. (Yes, even as a Dietitian & Fitness Professional for 12+ years)

Workaholism, low self worth, weak boundaries, imposter syndrome, relationship stress, financial stress, mental health crisis, sick family member, not taking care of my physical health, unmanaged food sensitivities, gut stress...

Ranging from complete anxiety, depression, and overwhelm keeping me from getting out of bed some days, to binge eating food daily, to irritability, social anxiety, gut health issues, low motivation, procrastination, and daily stress around life and work... it's been a journey lol

But each time, I learned something deeper about what was causing me to repeat this burnout cycle.
