If you decide to test your cortisol levels, the Gold Standard is a 5 point Salivary Cortisol Test.

You order the test online and a kit is shipped to your home within a few days.
The DUTCH Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR) (Saliva Only) test requires saliva specimens for analysis. The collection kit includes five saliva collection tubes with easy-to-follow instructions for timed swabbing and storage and a requisite form.
These samples are collected over the course of one day, from waking to bedtime. Five measurements each of cortisol and cortisone are analyzed using LC-MS/MS to provide the up-and-down pattern throughout the day, as well as the CAR calculation.
Once completed, the entire kit box with samples and requisition is returned to Precision Analytical, and the results will be emailed to you within 10-20 days!
