Who am I?

Hi! I'm Christine Coen, and I help burned out men & women break the burnout cycle & reinvigorate their energy to feel present, fulfilled, & motivated in their work & life!

For the last 12 years I've worked as a NYC based Dietitian, Fitness Specialist, and most recently Functional Nutrition & Somatic Practitioner - helping my clients improve how feel mentally & physically - every day.

During times of high stress, I have experienced trouble falling asleep, 3am wake ups as well as oversleeping but never feeling rested.

Throughout my personal journey to regulate my nervous system, sleep cycle, and recover from anxiety, burnout & depression - I've learned so much about what impacts healthy sleep & how to rebuild that.

The most powerful part of my own recovery as well as the hundreds of clients I've worked with over the last 12 years, has been the addition of Somatic Practices, Functional Nutrition & EFT Tapping to support our body & mind to relieve stress as well as build resilience.

We can move & shift the energy of how we feel - even when we're burnt out - using somatic practices that speak to the deepest parts of our brain - the nervous system.

I learned when we address stress through a lens of guiding our body out of survival mode (fight, flight, freeze) and guide it back into what should be our default state (safety), we not only shift how we feel but we then can heal, rewire stress & trauma, and rewrite the limiting beliefs, stories, throughts, & habits keeping us stuck.

My work fuses simple but powerful somatic practices, EFT Tapping, nervous system healing out of chronic fight, flight, freeze & tuning into the wisdom of your own body through reading your body's sensations & energy.
