Hi! I'm Christine, and I help burned out men & women break the burn out cycle & reinvigorate their energy to feel present, fulfilled, & motivated in their work & life!

I've been burnt out many times, at many different seasons of life, for many different reasons. (Yes, even as a Dietitian & Fitness Professional for 12+ years)

Workaholism, low self worth, weak boundaries, imposter syndrome, relationship stress, financial stress, mental health crisis, sick family member, not taking care of my physical health, unmanaged food sensitivities, gut stress....

Ranging from complete anxiety, depression & overwhelm keeping me from getting out of bed some days to binge eating food daily to irritability, social anxiety, gut health issues, low motivation, procrastination, and daily stress around life & work...it's been a journey lol

But each time, I learned something deeper about what was causing me to repeat this burn out cycle.

The most powerful one being that we can move & shift the energy of how we feel - even when we're burnt out - using somatic practices that speak to the deepest parts of our brain - the nervous system.

I learned when we address burnout through a lens of guiding our body out of survival mode (fight, flight, freeze) and guide it back into what should be our default state (safety), we not only shift how we feel but we then can heal, rewire stress & trauma, and rewrite the limiting beliefs, stories, throughts, & habits keeping us stuck.

WHAT ARE SOMATIC PRACTICES?

The focus of Somatics is to embody how you feel through physical sensations & emotional sensations, and to shift the state of your nervous system through feel (not through thoughts or cognition) to promote healing & safety.

Typically, most therapy uses our cognitive skills to access our memories & stressors via “top-down” methods. However, somatics uses a “bottom-up” approach, which starts with bodily sensations before returning to our thoughts.

The goal is for us to actually embody how we desire to feel & be in our lives. To be who we are more holistically, to heal that split caused by stress, traumatic events or microstressors that comopound purely by living in today's world.

Our program is based on the concepts of Somatic Exeperiencing founded by, Dr. Peter A. Levine, which is based on psychology, ethology, biology, and neuroscience. 1. When does the course start & finish?

Think of this like a resource you can access as often as you want a week to work through all your burnout recovery blocks.

You have *LIFETIME ACCESS* to the content.

You can take this course as slowly as you want or you can finish all the lessons within about 6 weeks. You can go back and re-watch lessons as often as you like. You have lifetime access to all the lessons, guided audio & video practices, worksheets & everything else included in this course.

2. How much time will I need to dedicate to this course?

This is totally up to you - you can do as much or as little as you are ready for. You can spend as little as 5-10 minutes a day choosing 1 Somatic Exercise to Practice And still be fully engaging In the program!

If you did 1 lesson per day, you can expect to spend about 20-40 minutes per day on this program. The somatic practices vary from 3 minutes to 20 minutes and you can adapt them as you become more integrated with the techniques.

3. Can I work with you 1:1?

I created this online course to replace working with me one-on-one. Most people assume one-on-one work is more effective, but the truth is, the this course is much more comprehensive!

I did this for a couple reasons:

I was able to include much more detailed information into the course than I could ever communicate to each one-on-one client.

And you can go back through and rewatch the videos as many times as you need.

One-on-one work has a start and end date. My clients paid for a 3-month package, but after that they were on their own or they had to pay for more time with me.

With the online course, there is no start or end date. You can go through the course at your own pace and you have lifetime access.

The course price is equivalent to 2-3 sessions of working with me 1:1.

Since, one-on-one work requires a lot of time outside of just the consultation, which means practitioners have to charge enough for it to make sense.

With the online course, I was able to bring down the investment for you vs working with me one-on-one!

4. Is this course only for women?

No this is for anyone experiencing Burnout!

5. How long does it take to see results & feel better?

The time it takes to see results varies greatly. Usually people start to feel better within a few weeks! For the shifts to take affect, neuroplasticity and nervous system rewiring, it can take 3-12 months. That's why consistency is SO vital.

There are so many factors that go into rebalancing your system:

  • what's causing your burnout symptoms at the root
  • how many imbalances are you dealing with
  • how fast or slow your body rebalances is different for each person
  • the changes you are able to make consistently

Burnout didn’t develop overnight and it doesn't go away overnight. But in my experience, when you are willing to trust the process and focus on giving your body what it needs, it can heal. In fact, your body's number one goal is to be in a state of balance, but we often get in its way. So by learning to nourish your body, it can get back into balance and your energy, mental health, motivation, focus, hormones & more will all rebalance!
