    Hi! I'm Christine, and I help burned out men & women break the burn out cycle & reinvigorate their energy to feel present, fulfilled, & motivated in their work & life!

    I've been burnt out many times, at many different seasons of life, for many different reasons. (Yes, even as a Dietitian & Fitness Professional for 12+ years)

    Workaholism, low self worth, weak boundaries, imposter syndrome, relationship stress, financial stress, mental health crisis, sick family member, not taking care of my physical health, unmanaged food sensitivities, gut stress....

    Ranging from complete anxiety, depression & overwhelm keeping me from getting out of bed some days to binge eating food daily to irritability, social anxiety, gut health issues, low motivation, procrastination, and daily stress around life & work...it's been a journey lol

    But each time, I learned something deeper about what was causing me to repeat this burn out cycle.

    The most powerful one being that we can move & shift the energy of how we feel - even when we're burnt out - using somatic practices that speak to the deepest parts of our brain - the nervous system.

    I learned when we address burnout through a lens of guiding our body out of survival mode (fight, flight, freeze) and guide it back into what should be our default state (safety), we not only shift how we feel but we then can heal, rewire stress & trauma, and rewrite the limiting beliefs, stories, throughts, & habits keeping us stuck.

    Mywork fuses simple but powerful somatic practices, EFT Tapping, nervous system healing out of chronic fight, flight, freeze & tuning into the wisdom of your own body through reading your body's sensations & energy.
